Purchasing or Upgrading an Encodian Sign Subscription

Encodian Sign offers monthly and annual subscriptions with unlimited users and usage-based envelope pricing.

You can purchase a subscription directly through your Encodian Sign dashboard or contact the Encodian Sales team to discuss manual invoicing.

This guide explains your subscription options, how to purchase a plan, and how to obtain additional envelopes.

Choose Your Subscription

Every subscription includes:

• Unlimited users.
• Encodian Sign dashboard
• Electronic signature functionality
• Standard Power Automate connector
• An included envelope allowance (choose this when starting your paid subscription).

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions start from 100 envelopes per month, and increase in 100-envelope increments.

All plans are custom to your needs:

• USD: $25 per 100 envelopes.
• GBP: £20 per 100 envelopes.
• EUR: €22 per 100 envelopes.

Your envelope allowance resets on the same day of each month as your subscription start date. For example, if your subscription begins on October 15, your next monthly allowance becomes available on November 15.

Unused envelopes do not carry forward into the next subscription period (Month to Month)

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions start from 1,200 envelopes per year, and increase in 100-envelope increments.

All plans are custom to your needs:

• USD: Starting at $300 for 1,200 envelopes + $25 per every further 100 envelopes.
• GBP: Starting at £240 for 1,200 envelopes + £20 per every further 100 envelopes.
• EUR: Starting at €264 for 1,200 envelopes + €22 per every further 100 envelopes.

Your full allowance is available throughout the subscription year, allowing you to use more envelopes during busy periods and fewer during quieter months.

Unused annual allowances expire at the end of the subscription term (per year).

Additional Envelopes

Active subscribers can purchase additional envelopes as needed throughout their term. These are automatically used if you exceed your subscription's envelope allowance.

Additional envelopes can be purchased in advance through the Sign dashboard or Encodian Sales team. Overage billing is not supported, all envelope purchases are in advance.

When your included allowance is exhausted, available pre-purchased additional envelopes are used.

Additional envelopes are priced at:

• USD: $30 per 100
• GBP: £24 per 100
• EUR: €26.50 per 100

Additional envelopes expire one year from their purchase date, subject to the applicable payment and subscription arrangements.

Purchase a Subscription Through Your Dashboard

If you've set up an Encodian Sign free trial, you can purchase a paid subscription through your dashboard.

1. Sign in to the Encodian Sign dashboard
2. Select either to purchase via Credit Card o Purchase Order 
3. Review the available subscription options.
4. Select your preferred plan.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.

Purchase Through the Encodian Sales Team Directly

Invoice purchases are subject to minimum order values.

To arrange a manual invoice purchase, contact the Encodian Sales team.

Reactivating an Expired or Cancelled Subscription

If your subscription expires or is disabled, Encodian retains the associated customer data for 90 days.

Reactivating your subscription within this period allows your existing documents, envelopes, recipient information and audit records to be restored.

After the 90-day retention period, production data is deleted, subject to applicable legal and contractual retention obligations. If you subsequently subscribe again, you will need to start with a new setup.
