Both plans include access to the Encodian Sign dashboard, electronic signature functionality, and the Standard Power Automate connector.

What's Included?
Every Encodian Sign subscription includes:
- Unlimited users without per-user licensing fees.
- Encodian Sign dashboard access.
- Standard Power Automate connector.
- Document preparation and electronic signatures.
- Multiple recipients and flexible signing workflows.
- Signing activity tracking and audit evidence.
- An included envelope allowance (choose this when starting your paid subscription).
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions start from 100 envelopes per month, and increase in 100-envelope increments.
All plans are custom to your needs:
- USD: $25 per 100 envelopes.
- GBP: £20 per 100 envelopes.
- EUR: €22 per 100 envelopes.
Your envelope allowance resets on the same day of each month as your subscription start date, rather than on the first day of the calendar month.
For example, if your subscription begins on October 15, your next monthly allowance becomes available on November 15.
Unused monthly envelopes do not carry forward into the next subscription period.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions start from 1,200 envelopes per year, and increase in 100-envelope increments.
All plans are custom to your needs:
- USD: Starting at $300 for 1,200 envelopes + $25 per every further 100 envelopes.
- GBP: Starting at £240 for 1,200 envelopes + £20 per every further 100 envelopes.
- EUR: Starting at €264 for 1,200 envelopes + €22 per every further 100 envelopes.
Your full allowance is available throughout the subscription year, allowing you to use more envelopes during busy periods and fewer during quieter months.
Unused annual allowances expire at the end of the subscription year.
Annual subscription prices are equivalent to 12 monthly payments.
The main benefit of annual billing is the flexibility to use your included envelopes throughout the year.
Additional Envelopes
You can purchase Additional Envelopes so if you exceed your included subscription allowance, Encodian Sign automatically switches to additional envelope usage.
If you have not pre-purchased additional envelopes, you will not be able to create a new envelope until your envelopes renew (monthly or annually depending on your subscription) or you purchase additional envelopes.
Additional envelopes can also be purchased in advance through the Encodian Sign dashboard or Encodian Sales team.
When your included allowance is exhausted, any available pre-purchased additional envelopes are used before automatically charged additional usage.
Additional envelopes are priced at:
- USD: $30 per 100
- GBP: £24 per 100
- EUR: €26.50 per 100
Additional envelopes expire one year from their purchase date, subject to the applicable payment and subscription arrangements.

Free Trial
Encodian Sign offers a 30-day free trial with 50 envelopes.
You can create an account, explore the dashboard, and send electronic signature requests using your trial allowance.
When your trial expires, you can continue accessing existing documents and signing activity for 90 days, but you cannot create new envelopes without an active paid subscription.
Monitor Your Subscription
You can view your subscription details and envelope usage directly through the Encodian Sign dashboard.
- Sign in to Encodian Sign.
- Navigate to the Dashboard.
- Locate the Subscription section.
- Review your plan, envelope usage, additional envelopes, and subscription expiration date.
Purchasing a Subscription
You can purchase a paid subscription through the Encodian Sign dashboard or contact the Encodian Sales team to discuss manual invoicing.
