Getting Started with Encodian Sign

Encodian Sign is an electronic signature platform that allows you to prepare, send, track, and manage documents for signature. You can create signature requests directly through the Encodian Sign dashboard or integrate signing into Microsoft Power Automate workflows.

This guide explains how to start your free trial, activate your account, access the Sign dashboard, and send your first document for signature.

Setting up your Encodian Sign free trial

1. Start Your Free Trial

Encodian Sign offers a 30-day free trial, allowing you to explore its electronic signature functionality before purchasing a subscription.

1. Visit the Encodian Sign product page.
2. Select Start Free Trial.
3. Complete the registration form with your name, email address, company name, and optional contact number.
4. Select your preferred Deployment Region from the dropdown menu.
5. Review and accept the Terms of Service.
6. Optionally, choose whether to receive Encodian news and product updates.
7. Select Start Trial.

Important: Your deployment region determines the region selected for your Encodian Sign deployment and where your data will be processed and stored. Choose the appropriate region for your organization's requirements.

2. Activate Your Account

After you submit your registration, Encodian Sign will send you an activation email.

1. Open the activation email sent to your registered email address.
2. Select Activate Your Free Trial.
3. Follow the activation link to complete your account setup.

An alternative, copyable link is provided at the bottom of the email.

3. Save Your Account Details

After you activate your trial, you'll be taken to a webpage showing your Encodian Sign account information.

This page contains:

• Email Address: The email address associated with your account.
• Password: Your account password.
• API Key: Your API key for supported Encodian Sign integrations.
• Trial Details: Your trial expiration date.

Important: These will also be emailed to you for reference.

4. Access the Encodian Sign Dashboard

Once your account has been activated:

1. Select Launch Encodian Sign from the getting-started links.
2. Enter your registered email address on the sign-in screen.
3. Select Next.
4. Complete the sign-in process using your account credentials.

You'll now be able to access the Encodian Sign dashboard.

5. Explore Your Dashboard

The Encodian Sign dashboard provides access to your signature requests, signing activity, and subscription information.

The main navigation includes:

• Create New: Create a new signature request.
• Dashboard: View recent signing activity and request summaries.
• Envelopes: Access and manage signature requests.
• Activity: View signing-related activity.
• Automate: Access Power Automate-related functionality.
• Settings: Access account and application settings.

Monitor Your Subscription

The Subscription section displays your current subscription plan, envelope usage, additional envelopes, and subscription expiration date.

During your free trial, use this section to monitor your available envelopes and check when your trial expires.
