Pricing Overview
You can find our pricing by clicking here.
We offer pricing in USD, EUR, GBP and we offer annual and monthly plans.
Credits
Encodian Flowr operates a usage-based pricing model. We have different subscription plans depending on how many "Credits" you use per month. We do not charge by user/seat/number of flows/environments etc.
Please refer to What are Encodian Action and Credits support article for more details on how credits are consumed.
The monthly credit allowance that comes with a subscription plan renews on the 1st of every month. Unused credits do not roll over.
Additional credits
You can purchase additional credits which are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and are only used when the monthly credit allowance has been fully depleted. The pricing of additional credits is equal to your chosen subscription plan plus 20% (on a per credit basis).
The minimum number of additional credits that can be purchased is 250 via the account portal (self-serve) or 4,000 via the sales desk (quote/PO/invoice).
Additional credits can be used to create a subscription that can handle irregular monthly usage or usage that sits between subscription plans.
Example 1: create a subscription plan with 700 credits per month:
- Standard subscription (500 credits per month)
- 2,400 additional credits (200 credits per month averaged over a year)
Using USD pricing, this would cost $499 + $239.52 = $738.52
Example 2: upgrading vs purchasing additional credits
Note, the implied per credit cost of a subscription reduces as the number of credits increases (i.e. there are built in volume based discounts for larger subscription tiers). Given additional credits are priced at the same per credit cost as the subscription tier + 20%, it can be better to upgrade rather than purchase additional credits.
Creating a plan with 1,100 credits per month:
- Standard subscription (500 credits per month)
- 7,200 additional credits (600 credits per month averaged over a year)
Using USD pricing, this would cost $499 + $718.56 = $1,217.56
Therefore, it would be cheaper to purchase a Midsize subscription for $999 providing 1,200 credits per month.
Example 3: irregular monthly consumption
Additional credits can be used to work with irregular monthly consumption since they stay on your account for a year and are only used once your monthly allowance is fully depleted. For example, if your consumptions varies between 1,200-3,000 credits per month and roughly comes to 24,000 credits over a year:
- Midsize subscription (1,200 credits per month)
- 9,600 additional credits (800 credits per month averaged over a year)
Using USD pricing, this would cost $999 + $799.20 = $1,798.20
Custom Plans
We can create custom plans for subscriptions over 5,000 credits per month. For example, if you need 15,000 credits per month or 60,000 credits per month. As the credit volume is fixed per month, there is no additional credit surcharge of 20%.
