Image Resize - Honour biggest dimension whilst maintaining the aspect ratio

Request for the below:

i.e. if the height is bigger, this dimension is honoured, and it works out the width
i.e. if the width is bigger, then this dimension is honoured, and it works out the height
 
This way both dimensions are always set, but the largest one is honoured and the aspect ratio is still maintained.
