Hello Marcus Stumbaum
We are reviewing and will update shortly.
Hello Jay,
thanks for the information.
Looking forward for good news ;)
Best regards
Marcus
Hello Marcus,
We are hoping to include this feature in our next release (October 24)
Hello Marcus,
This new feature has shipped and is available now.
Hi Jay,
Thanks for the update! Could you clarify how to implement the new feature?
I noticed that in our 'Merge document array to PDF' feature, the output PDF now includes one bookmark for each PDF. However, I don’t see an option to retain all the bookmarks from the original PDFs.
Best regards,
Marcus
I have looped back with the engineering team, apoloiges I have made a mistake and this feature is due in the next release.
Hi Jay,
do you already know when the next release will be?
Best regards,
Marcus
This feature is currently in regression testing and we are hoping it will be included within the next release which will ship to our platform mid-November. However, Microsoft then need to apply the update to Power Automate which can take up to 4 weeks... in the interim you can access the feature via a custom connector pointed to our production endpoint.
How does one access the custom connector you mentioned?
Has this feature been released? I'm not seeing it in the "Merge document array to PDF" action. Is there a revised ETA if not?

We added the 'Preserve Bookmarks' feature in our last release which was deployed globally 6th December. We are engaged with Microsoft to update Power Automate which we expect will take 6 to 8 weeks to conclude.
In the meantime this feature can be accessed by creating a custom connector as previously advised.
