Merging two separate arrays that contain a common value without apply to each loops is relatively complex and requires knowledge of xpath expressions. Could this be done within a utility action?

Alex Rackwitz - We have now released the 'Utility - Array Combine' to our cloud platform and Microsoft will shortly make this available to all global Power Automate regions.
