When using the “Replace Text” action (previously "Search and Replace Text"), line breaks in the input text are not preserved in the final PDF output.
In our flow:
We retrieve the comment from SharePoint.
The result is then passed to the Encodian "Replace Text" action.
However, in the final PDF, the comment appears as a single line, and any content that doesn't fit is cut off or invisible.
The dev team have confirmed that Line breaks are unfortunately not supported in PDF versions.
