Team support ticket management and views

Hi,

I have an IT team and wish to have our Encodian support accounts in one team so we can see each others tickets and status. The team manager might even be able to create user accounts, adjust contacts and subscribe to other support ticket communications. Adjustment of rights so that some users can only see their own tickets and others can see all might be also nice.

    Hello Ben Nicholson

    This is provided by our ticketing system. By default users within your email domain will now be automatically configured to join the relevant organisation and will be able to see all tickets but now comment on them, we can allow editing if required.
