It seems like it is possible to insert images in a Powerpoint file from a publicly accessible URL. But can I insert pictures from a Onedrive folder?
The context is a Power automate flow where I want to create images and then insert the images in a Powerpoint presentation.

Hi Robert,
It is possible to insert images using base64 in your expression. I have put together a flow that demonstrates it grabbing an image from my OneDrive which I then refer to later in my expression for the Populate PowerPoint action.
In the above highlighted expression, I have base64 and then selected the 'Get File Content' for my dynamic content.
After this, I have created the newly generated PowerPoint into my OneDrive. This is the result
