Archive Extract or unzipping file with have folders inside now return as a single array. So the result did not preserve the origination folder structure that make it impossible to do something further that need information of folder hierarchy related. For example, save the extracted output to sharepoint by preserve folder structure for other processes/tasks to access based on the context.

Our team are actively working on this feature request which we expect to complete within 6 to 8 weeks.
We will add a configuration switch to the action which upon enabling will return the documents as base64 wrapped in a JSON data structure which contains the folder hierarchy. You'll be able to parse the JSON within Power Automate to access the files (as base64) and the folder paths which were present in the ZIP package.

We have just released the following action: Archive (ZIP) - Extract (V2)
This includes the folder structure as part of the extract.
This feature was shipped yesterday and will be available within Power Automate within 3 > 6 weeks depending on how quickly Microsoft complete the release cycle.
