Manual Correction Interface & Mechanism for OCR (AI)

Dear Fantastic Encodian Team,

I'd like to suggest a feature that allows users to manually correct OCR(AI) errors or provide feedback against OCR(AI) for our own organization. Here's the idea:

  • Add a straightforward tool for users to correct OCR mistakes in scanned documents.
  • Let users highlight errors, provide the correct text, and save these as feedback to improve OCR accuracy over time.

This would help refine the OCR process for specific needs and document types.

    Hello Reno Sun

    The team are already working on a new action which will allow you to search for and replace values within the text layer of a PDF document. 

    This would provide the capability to correct a text layer within a PDF document through Power Automate, however you would need to create the UI within a PowerApp (or custom App) , or you may with to explore our Filer product.
