Hey, Jay.  Can you clarify what the ExpiryDate means, please.  Is it the date that the billing period ends but is not the period that your allocation of X number of actions ends?  Or, is it the end of the period for your allocation of actions ends and not related to the billing date?  Or, both billing period and allocation period equal the expiry date?

I am trying to determine how to calculate my usage rate (i.e. average # of actions used each day over the proceeding days of the period) so I can determine when to send a warning when the usage rate in the face of the remaining days in the period indicate we will run out.

    Thanks

    Hello Deron Dilger

The 'Expiry Date' is the date your Encodian subscription is due to expire and renew.

The billing date does not match the action renewal date. Regardless to the date of the month your subscription was purchased, the action allowance always renews on the 1st day of each month.
