Encodian Solutions Ltd ("Encodian") uses certain sub-processors in the general running of its business and assists it in providing products and services to its clients. A sub processor is a third-party service provider or a data processor engaged by Encodian, who has or potentially will have access to or process personal data. Encodian engages different types of sub-processors to perform various functions as explained below.
