Configuring Workspace Settings

Workspace settings can be found in the Sign Account Portal

General

Language: Sets the default to be used for emails sent from this workspace

Date format: This allows you to enter your preferred format; this supports standard .NET date and time format strings.

Time Zone: Set the time zone to be used

Time Format: Choose from 12 hour and 24 hour.

Deliverables

Document Download: Choose the default value for how documents are made available after they have been fully signed, choices are separate and combined

Password Protect: Set a password to lock the file after signing is complete. (click the eye icon to view your set password)

Signature Settings

Signature Types: Choose which of the three signature types you want to allow your signers to use. 

Default Signature Type: This sets which type is offered first.
