To request a BAA, please contact sales@encodian.com and provide the following information:
- Business name
- Business address, including State
- Type of entity (Covered Entity or Business Associate)
- Signer name
- Signer email
- Signer role
- Whether your organization has an existing Encodian subscription
Once we have these details, our team can arrange a BAA for signing.
