Recipient - List All

Overview

The 'Recipient - List All' action for Power Automate retrieves all recipients from the workspace associated with the API key used in the Power Automate connection.

The maximum number of recipients that can be returned is 10,000. Please raise a support ticket if a larger export is required.

Default Options

The default 'Recipient - Get' flow action parameters are detailed below:

• Limit: Optional - Limits the number of recipients returned to the specified value

The 'Recipient - List All' flow action returns an array of 'Recipients':

Action Specific Return Values

An array of 'Recipients' each providing the following properties 

• Email Address - The recipients email address
• First Name - The recipients first name
• Last Name - The recipients last name
• Company - The recipients company
• Job Title - The recipients job title
• Phone Number - The recipients phone number

Standard Return Values

• OperationId - The unique ID assigned to this operation.
• HttpStatusCode - The HTTP Status code for the response.
• HttpStatusMessage - The HTTP Status message for the response.
• Errors - An array of error messages should an error occur.
• Operation Status - Indicates whether the operation has been completed, has been queued or has failed.
