Retry Failed Payments

Should a credit card payment fail upon renewal of your subscription it will become deactivated as the subscription could not be renewed. 

Please follow these steps to update your credit card and retry the failed payment. If you have a persistent issue, please validate the payment failure reason with your lender and if required raise a ticket

  1. Navigate to https://account.encodian.com/powerautomate/billing 
  2. You can review the failed payment reason and retry the payment by clicking 'Retry Payment'

  3. If the payment fails, the option to change credit card is presented. Click the 'Update Card Details' button to change the credit card.

  4. Provide the relevant details, click 'Save Card'

  5. Upon saving the new credit card details, payment will be automatically attempted and the page refreshed to show the processed payment and renewed subscription status.
