Cancelling a Subscription

You can cancel your subscription via the Encodian account portal.

1. Navigate to Encodian Flowr -> Billing

2. Click the "Free" subscription

Once cancelled, the subscription will not auto-renew at the next billing cycle and will remain on the Free tier thereafter.

Please note; if you subscription is showing as expired you will not be able to downgrade to free using this method. Email support@encodian.com and we will action your request.
