Update Word - Remove Headers and Footers

Overview

The 'Update Word - Remove Headers and Footers' flow action removes the specified headers and/or footers from the Microsoft Word document provided.

The following file types are supported:

  • docx
  • dotx
  • doc
  • dot
  • docm
  • dotm
  • rtf

Credit Count

This action consumes 1 credit per operation.

Parameters

The default 'Update Word - Remove Headers and Footers' flow action parameters are detailed below:

  • File Content: The file content of the source Microsoft Word file
  • Header - All Pages: Set to remove all headers
  • Footer - All Pages: Set to remove all footers

  • Header - First Page: Set to remove the header from the first page
  • Header - Even Pages: Set to remove the header from even pages
  • Header - Odd Pages: Set to remove the header from odd pages
  • Footer - First Page: Set to remove the footer from the first page
  • Footer - Even Pages: Set to remove the footer from even pages
  • Footer - Odd Pages: Set to remove the footer from odd pages
