Utility - Array Remove Items

Overview

The 'Array Remove Items' utility action for Power Automate removes the item(s) defined from the JSON array provided or targeted using a JSONPath expression.

Credit Count

This is a Utility action and therefore consumes only 0.05 credits per operation (except 1 credit on the free plan). For example, 100 operations will consume 5 credits on a trial and all paid plans.

Parameters

The default 'Array Remove Items' utility action parameters are detailed below:

  • Data: The JSON array or object to evaluate
  • Item Position: Set whether to remove the first item, last item or a specified item
  • Item Index: Index of the item to remove. This is only applicable when the 'Item Position' property is set to 'Specific'

The advanced 'Array Remove Items' utility action parameters are detailed below:

  • Path: Select a specific node within the 'Data' using a JSONPath expression

Return Parameters

  • Result -  The modified JSON array or object

Standard Return Values

  • OperationId - The unique ID assigned to this operation.
  • HttpStatusCode - The HTTP Status code for the response.
  • HttpStatusMessage - The HTTP Status message for the response.
  • Errors - An array of error messages should an error occur.
  • Operation Status - Indicates whether the operation has been completed, has been queued or has failed.
